We’re searching for an experienced Sales Manager to take the helm of our sales department, guiding a talented group of team members who are known for having an ability to meet sales goals and creatively solve our customer’s problems.

Below are some of the responsibilities a sales manager is expected to undertake in their position: (should this read the exact same on each position—minus the title:

  • Establish sales objectives through forecasting
  • Develop annual sales quotas for each service line
  • Complete sales operation requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team members and following up on work results
  • Maintain local sales staff through regular recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
  • Employ assistance from sales-focused freelancers as needed to ensure quotas are consistently met
  • Project expected sales volume and profit for creative products

Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced project manager to manage organization of client projects. As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and on budget. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Below are some of the responsibilities a finance manager is expected to undertake in their position:

  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring schedule availability and allocation
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution and completion of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Creative Director

Graphic Designer, Head of Photography, Head of Videography report to Creative Lead

We’re searching for an experienced Creative Director to take the helm of our design department, guiding a talented team of designers who are known for creative problem solving, beautiful design, completing storytelling and effective visual communication. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with our audience.

  • Oversee the design department by hiring, training, assigning, scheduling, and mentoring staff
  • Establish design department standards for production, productivity, quality, and client service
  • Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and proposes and creates processes and tools to support design operations
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales divisions in creating marketing plans and aligning team priorities with business objectives so that high-quality work is delivered on time and on budget
  • Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team
  • Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape, and track campaign performance

Design

We are seeking graphic designer to join the Switchboard team. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to solve our clients’ creative needs. As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our clients’ businesses.

Below are some of the responsibilities a graphic designer is expected to assume in their position:

  • Create and design various materials for digital and print
  • Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
  • Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
  • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for our clients.
  • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
  • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces

Lead Videographer

We’re searching for an experienced videographer to take the helm of our video department, guiding a talented team of videographers and contractors who are known for creative problem solving, beautiful video, and effective visual communication.

  • Provide quality video to meet production and client goals
  • Shoot, edit, manage media, and distribute completed video
  • Communicate with supervisors, clients, videographers, freelancers and others
  • Understand operations requirements and project goals
  • Show initiative and follow direction
  • Meet productivity standards
  • Provide input for improvements in operational methods

We’re searching for an experienced photographer to take the helm of our photo department, guiding a talented team of photographers and contractors who are known for creative problem solving, beautiful photos, and effective visual communication.

Below are some of the responsibilities a Photographer is expected to undertake in their position:

  • Take professional pictures in a studio or on location
  • Work closely with clients and colleagues to produce high-quality photographic images
  • Use different techniques to enhance the photographs as required
  • Use photo manipulation software such as Photoshop and Lightroom to get desired results
  • Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives
  • Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs
  • Review sets of photographs and select the best results
  • Operate various photographic equipment such as digital cameras and lighting

Accounts Payable/HR

We are seeking a financial manager to help us manage our finances. You will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and interpreting our data to make informed decisions. You will also be expected to create new financial models and charts to assist with our business planning and forecasting. Your duties will include account reconciliation, balance sheet analysis, monthly reporting, tax reporting, and preparation of budgets.

  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and statements
